Merlot, red grape variety native to south west of France, whose name derives from the special love that the blackbird has for its berries, and Carmenere, an old Bordeaux variety arrived in the nineteenth century in the Northeast of Italy, were expertly united in this wine with an intense color and a distinct personality. Excellent with meats and cheeses, on the nose releases a characteristic aroma of berries and spices (black pepper), while in the mouth it is rightly bodied with smooth and velvety tannin.
